Another great holiday at the Pyramisa hotel, always a great reception here, from Mr Mohamed Zakaria and all of his staff , weather was a little cool but did not stop us from having a wonderful time, the staff at the restaurants were very efficient as usual, a special mention for , Aboutaleb ,Abdullah, all 4 Mohameds , Mustafa,and Akram , room sevice was very good , lots of refurbishment going on but did not affect us in any way. So our next stay will be in a newly renovated room 🤞😜

we are regular visitors for a couple of days every trip since 2018. Every time we booked a room in main building advertised like a hotel inside compound. The land is nice and green. One working outdoor pool for all buildings and one empty forgotten pool. The hotel was empty usually, can find guests only in weekend and some local holidays. The Hotel is not famous for vacation longer than few days. First of all there is no usual services like in next hotels. No meal, no drinks provided. They lust provide a room in the mail building or to rent private apartment. Rooms have big area with balcony, bed, couch and all appliances. But everything is very old and dusty. Looks like they bought all interior once over 20 years ago and dont change anything. And the most important think why tourist go to Sahl Hasheesh is the crystal sea with open beach and view different from Hurghada. BUT Pyramisa beach is one tiny part of sand with a few sun beds next to life guards storage box. Beach part for next hotels is also much more attractive. At the end we dont mind about this place. It is silence place If you do not want to see many people. The pool is never crowdy and compound itself is clean. Check in procedure is fast if u catch someone in reception at the moment.And no problem to come before checking in time. Minuses . Sometimes the stuff thy to avoid card payments saying that terminal is no working,even without trying and informing. Sent to ATM to get a cash. Another time an admin insisted to take payment in dollars or euros even my husband has egyptian passport. Also tried to send us to exchange office. And wasted out time only. But we won in this buttle)
