We spent 11 nights at this hotel and thoughly enjoyed out visit. The staff are great polite. The animation team are absolutley fantastic. This hotel looks like its goibg through a revamp. But all work is hidden. Once complete and with the present staff it will be an amazing hotel. I would like to thank all the staff for making my visit here extremely good. All the people who moan about how bad this hotel is should grow up . After all this is a third world country and would only dream of having the kind of life we take for granted. Well done to all at the hotel and all on the animation team who work so hard ....

“Shedwan”

Fantastic place every thing in there is very beutiful and the teamtion is very cute and they help us in evry thing They make a fantastic shows .really shedwan is the best place in hurdghada any one will come her will have fun and will enjoy there

The Hotel Festival shdwan is very good choice but it needs more work . More professionalism and the foods must be fresh cooked. Nut in generally the Hotel has a very good a atmosphere. Thanks for every one there

“OK for a chilling holiday but nothing else”

Where to begin, this holiday was second choice as we were originally going to Sharm, and was disappointed at what we had booked. People that we met were outstanding and made the holiday. Where to begin, this holiday was second choice as we were originally going to Sharm, and was disappointed at what we had booked. People that we met were outstanding and made the holiday. Only a few of the staff were welcoming with a smile on their face each day, Daya, Mustfa and one of the ladies in the dining area (sorry but I can't remember her name) Cleanliness of the toilets were not the best especially at the lagoon. I had a bad belly for a few days and my husband and I spent all of our time around the lagoon area. On the second day of my bad belly I reported to one of the members of staff that the toilet had not been cleaned in 2 days and that there was no paper and he said he would sort this. Unfortunately I reported this to the Customer Services people when we went to our evening meal as this had still not been done. It was done towards the end of the third day. Sorry but cleanliness in ALL areas are required not just by the pool!!!! Food is repetitive, edible - as long as you are happy to eat in one place all the time. I like a variety of restaurants to eat in when I do all inclusive even if I have to pay Room was clean and tidied every day. No kettle, cups, tea or coffee in the room For an all inclusive I can't believe they limit you to one bottle of water per person per day, if you want more you have to either refill your bottle or buy some more, this is NOT what I expect for an all inclusive. No mini bar either.... we bought diet coke every day to go with our duty free we brought over thankfully, as the drinks there are quite weak and depends on where you are drinking you may even get these in plastic cups Would we go back there... probably not. For what we paid we we were well and truly ripped off. We could have gone elsewhere which was a lot nicer, but it did do the job what we wanted it for which was for a sunbathe and do nothing holiday which is what we done. There is only one bar of an evening, with limited seating area, so if you arrive a little later than usual you have nowhere to sit so end up going back to your room or going for a walk
