Finally found our winter hotel . The only disappointment is we didn't book it for longer . The resort is beautiful and very well looked after . The grounds staff do an amazing job .the pools and there are a lot of them are all so lovely although a little cold in January. There is a heated pool having a refurb and another heated family pool up towards the top of the resort that is so warm . The water park is fun , could be a little bigger for the size of the resort . Talking of size , this place is huge . There is even buses that can drop you at various parts of the resort. Check the long beach app which has a lot of details and is very up to date . It even has a map tracking the buses so you know where they are . The night life was good . And the entertainment team does a great job keeping everyone entertained. The entertainment areas are so breathtaking too . Omar our cleaqner for the week , we were room 186 was just the loveliest of people and sorted everything out so efficiently. Really nice to have a chat with him most days . All the staff were amazing from.the bar staff to reception, we were lucky and got a free upgrade to a superior room on arrival which was lovely. The room was lovely but I'd say the bath definitely needs replacing . The room had all you needed. Free safe , iron and board ,kettle and a good TV. The beach has to be the nicest I've seen in a long time . It's incredibly well kept. Plenty to do including to man made pools . A pier with a coral reef area to snorkel and see beautiful fish . The drinks and cocktails were nice and lovelyto have staff keep coming asking if you'd like something . I personally take a lot of $1 dollar bills and tip everyone at least a few times . The food was lovely and the chefs all liked chat . Lots of places to choose from to eat too . All in all we have loved every minute here and will be going back definitely next January. We tried this hotel on a recommendation from a friend. We didn't think we would love this hotel as much as we did.we are used to smaller hotels and this is big .First of all the hotel as free shuttle buses around the resort all day and night and the drivers are fantastic. They look out for you and stop anywhere for you always cheerful and helpful. 3 buffet restaurants we hh the adult one next to reception. The waiter Muhammad mishaal always greeted us with smiles and got us our drinks and asked how our day went the perfect gentleman thankyou.The supervisor is also the supervisor at nubian restaurant al a carte Egyptian food. Another polite very helpful first class gentleman who sees every little detail from never letting your drink going empty refilling water serving food asking if everything is OK and if you need anything else always with a smile. Infact every member of staff in nubian were happy and helpful and very friendly and the food was amazing the best we have ever tasted.The chefs were amazing really well presented food a great friendly team well done.The italian restaurant was also a la carte The food in there was also amazing well done chefs in there too.The snack restaurant on the beach was also another favourite of ours as the fish and chips were delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful and even the chefs always waved and smiled at us but the manager was the icing on the cake always very friendly helpful and attentive and always made us feel special thankyou. The beach bar oasis looked after us when we were on the beach with 100% service. Rambo as he was nicknamed must walk miles in a day and never complained he loved his job and you could tell such a nice man .The music in oasis bar was good as well. Another place we went to was the family pool as it was heated .The 2 pool attendants were amazing especially the older one He always brought us a cushion for our backs .yes you guessed it we are alittle older 😅and when we got out the pool and got dried he always gave us a dry clean towel .Thankyou.The Barman tutu was another amazing friendly helpful and attentive gentleman. I don't know how they remember everyone's drinks as they walk around he looked after us perfectly. Thankyou. Another pool that was heated in our 2nd week was the swim up bar .a lovely bar and swimming pool easy to get into .the bar man was funny and friendly. The breeze bar was great to watch the shows and the drinks and the service were great in there .The point where there was singers on every night which we liked alot and the drinks and service was great as well. Another important thing for us is how clean the toilets are and we must say fantastic. The young lad on the beach kept the toilets spotless and flowers in the ladies and such a nice friendly always smiling lad.Same at cascade and especially the point toilets a BIG well done to you all. The front desk helpful and finally our cleaner. What can we say ....Thankyou is not enough...he was amazing..restocked with water coffee etc every day and beautiful towel art wow.Spotless clean .He said good morning and waved every day. Because its so big we were able to go somewhere different most days in the grounds which really impressed me as sometimes I've got bored at smaller hotels.Because the service was so good on the beach and at the pools we actually felt guilty not going every day to them 😅😅.They were alot of building work going on BUT it didn't bother us the hotel is that big you can go away from it and let me say when its finished I think this hotel will be even better as more a la carte which we like and more bars .We definitely would be happy to return as we go to Egypt each year .Its difficult as we get free upgrades at the hotel chain we usually go to which we like as well 😃😃

“Good time”

A very enjoyable stay. A hotel worth recommending. Good food, everyone will find something for themselves. Clean, tidy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had been to this hotel before so emailed and requested a room similar to the one we had in October 2025. We had been to this hotel before so emailed and requested a room similar to the one we had in October 2025. Unfortunately they were unable to comply and put us closer to the night noise than we had anticipated. We were also given two single beds, I telephoned reception straight away but they said they didn’t have any rooms with double beds. But if we went to reception the next day they may have one for us. We did not do this because it would have taken another day out of our holiday. The room also had two adjoining doors so was like a corridor between the other rooms, still quite spacious but not as we had previously experienced. This did not cause too much issue until the last two days when the couple next door started smoking in their room and the smoke etc was coming in through the door. As I have asthma this was a huge concern for me, Apart from that all the staff were exceptional, friendly, helpful and quick. Italian à la carte was exquisite. Cascade restaurant was as ever clean, roomy with a good choice of food. Beach, where we spent most of our days, was quiet and waiter was helpful and came by often to replenish drinks. Towel and life guard were also really helpful and friendly. We will be going again and won’t let the hiccup with the room ruin it for us. Hopefully we will get a better room next time.
