Brilliant hotel probably the best I’ve stayed at, this was our third stay through January and the people we see that return just like ourselves says a lot there is a very good atmosphere helped immensely by the staff, my wife has a mobility scooter and they all took the time to make sure she was happy and safe I didn’t have to be there, pool bar waiters restaurant waiters, chefs, security I could name names but I could forget someone it wouldn’t be fair. The food again was very good, the cullinarium is an absolute must,the food, the service really good no rushing you on to the next course nice and easy, the grill also excellent another restaurant you must try.lovely size rooms a 2 seater settee and 1 armchair and a big tv, kept spotless. entertainment is a couple of acts through the evening dancing, singers up to about 11 o’clock. we hope to go back in may can’t wait, I can recommend this hotel go for it

A lovely hotel in a great location, the reception area is beautifully presented, clean and always smell great. All the staff work extremely hard to ensure the overall experience and atmosphere are kept to the highest standard. We enjoyed several types of dining experience and thoroughly enjoyed the abundant and varied food choices. Our room was spacious and cleaned regularly to a high standard, our cleaner popped up on several occasions wanting to ensure we were happy and eager to assist, should we wish to raise a concern. Our kettle die and we reported it in our way to breakfast and our cleaner appeared with a replacement as we returned, 40 minutes later. The ground are beautiful and several gardener's continually keep them in tip top condition. The staff on the beach, regularly checked we were comfortable, hydrated, offering boiled sweets and even offering to clean our sunglasses. Prior to our arrival I contacted the Hotel with a rooming request and they responded quickly, their customer service was excellent and greatly appreciated. Very well done and thank you TUI Blue Makadi Gardens.

Excellent hotel amazing fantastic hotel Nothing to fault Room was great no problems at all very comfortable lovely shower room Great mini bar topped up everyday The Gymn was marvelous too 2outdoor pools one heated excellent I loved the atmosphere at Markarda gardens The staff were outstanding they couldn’t do enough for us Food was excellent Fabulous food Alcarte restaurants fantastic with great service The staff all worked so hard to give us a great holiday Especially the Tui rep in the hotel he was so helpful and explained things so well to us And the guest relation member of staff She was called Hiya she was exceptional and outstanding in the job she does she makes this hotel she made our stay so outstanding and made us to feel so welcome Hiya made our holiday I celebrated my birthday out hear in Egypt and Hiya arranged a lovely celebration to celebrate my birthday She arranged to have. Y room decorated with banners ballon’s etc And a lovely birthday cake was made for me in the altarcate restaurant They really made a fuss of me A birthday to remember it was all amazing In fact it was so so nice I was very sad to leave We enjoyed Egyp Hurgarda so much it was better then we were expecting And we shall be returning to this hotel next January 2027 The hotel and all the staff were so wonderful towards myself and my husband The hotel was outstanding food and drink exceptional nothing to fault Iam looking forward to returning next year I also loved the location and the way it is all set out and the Gorgous gardens and the beach is just a 5mins walk from the hotel And the shops were just across the road I just loved the place I also liked it because it was adults only it was very relaxed atmosphere The subbed around the pool were fantastic So clean and the staff worked so hard to achieve this We got waitered on around the pool area drinks were brought to us from the pool staff The dining room was a lovely lay out they had an outside restaurant if you wanted to eat food outside at lunch time All food excellent with many choices to suite guests diatary needs The day we were leaving Hiya the guest relation lady arranged for us to take a pack lunch with us for our flight home As iam Diebetic so all my dietary needs were taken care of I was very sad to leave hear as it was all outstanding The hotel wasn’t over big we got the personal touch The Tui rep he was outstanding too but unfortunately I cannot remember his name He was the Egyptian guy I think he was called Mo all good The only regrets I have is that we didn’t visit Cairo and pyramids but next time we can do that trip I also loved the layout of this hotel so clean and beautiful The entertainment on a night was also very good It was a holiday to remember And looking forward to returning next January 2027 best wishes from Dianne and Salif Ouattara

Our second visit and once again, the hotel didn’t disappoint. All the positive reviews on TA are spot on so I won’t reiterate what has already been said. It was great to see some familiar faces who were on holiday the same time as us last year. It was great to see you all again. You made our holiday! 🥰 Once again, Mando ensured that we weren’t glued to our sun beds for 10 days! His energy and motivation are infectious - I will miss him! It was also great to see Willy again who we met at another hotel in Soma Bay 3 years ago. He is also a big personality. What he can do on those aqua boards is short of amazing! Thanks to Raule for her kind instructions at aqua fun. She’s such a friendly and happy lady who is great to chat to. Thanks to Islam Abdo for looking after us every night in the bar. He’s an asset to the hotel. We loved the banter!! There are too many other staff members to thank. I could go on and on as they’re all exceptional, work incredibly hard but always have smiles on their faces and will do anything for you. If you’re looking for somewhere to visit to escape a bleak UK January, then look no further and get booking! We’ll be back next year all being well 🙏
