Fantastic holiday, staff extremely friendly and attentive. Entertainment team were really good with beach activities daily, brilliant foam & pool parties. Beach immaculate and looked after, beach bar is very nice. Food was good always found something to enjoy. Rooms very clean and attended to everyday. Did tip all staff when necessary with $. On site shop staff rude and pushy wanting to sell over priced goods so avoid. We have booked to come back.

The hotel staff were very friendly and went out of their way to meet my dietary needs. The beach area was nice. Asonta was very friendly. I enjoyed participating in her belly dance classes on the beach. Her interaction with everyone was exceptional. I also wish to compliment the restaurant staff for their service. There was a limited selection of foods, for example, chicken, beef, fish, pasta, mash, chips, and sauteed vegetables every evening and lunchtime. They do not cater to people with a gluten allergy.

Our recent stay at Coral Beach Resort offered a blend of impressive strengths and notable shortcomings. While the natural setting and several staff members made a positive impact, other aspects of the experience fell short of what one would reasonably expect from an all‑inclusive property. --- 🌅 Location, Setting, and Beach Facilities The resort’s greatest asset is undoubtedly its location. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, with expansive views and a spacious beach area that allows guests to relax without feeling crowded. Sunbeds are well spaced, contributing to a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. The beach itself is lovely, and the small pier provides an excellent vantage point for observing marine life. We were able to see a variety of fish, including barracudas and pufferfish — a genuine highlight of the trip. --- 🛏️ Rooms and Maintenance The rooms are functional but extremely basic and in need of refurbishment. They feel dark and dated, and the cleanliness did not meet an acceptable standard. The shower cubicle, in particular, required a thorough clean. There are only two plug sockets in the room, which is inconvenient for modern travellers. Anyone with multiple devices will likely need to bring an extension lead. On a positive note, when we reported an issue with the toilet, the maintenance team responded promptly and resolved the problem within the hour. This level of responsiveness was appreciated. --- 🍽️ Food Quality and Dining Experience Breakfast Breakfast is repetitive, offering the same selection each day. While Chef Ahmed prepares fresh eggs to order — a welcome touch — the lack of variety becomes noticeable quickly. Many hot items are left under heat lamps for extended periods, resulting in overcooked and tough food. Lunch and Dinner The overall food offering suffers from repetition, with certain dishes (such as liver) appearing multiple times. Children or picky eaters may struggle unless they are content with pasta and chips. The salad bar appears extensive at first glance, but closer inspection reveals that many ingredients are simply repeated, creating the illusion of variety without delivering it. --- 🎭 Entertainment and Guest Engagement If your intention is simply to spend time on the beach, have lunch, enjoy dinner, and return to your room, this resort may suit your needs. However, for guests seeking entertainment or activities, the offering is extremely limited. Only two members of the animation team — Vincent and Sherry — introduced themselves. There were no smiles, greetings, or engagement from the rest of the team, which was disappointing. At checkout, the reception staff were similarly disengaged. There was no farewell, no enquiry about our stay, and the overall interaction felt cold. This is unfortunate, as reception staff form both the first and last impression of the hotel. --- 🍹 Bars and All‑Inclusive Policy The beach bar is convenient, but the all‑inclusive policy is inconsistently applied. Bottled water incurs an additional charge (£1 for two bottles), which feels inappropriate for an all‑inclusive resort. Tap water is available at no cost, but guests reasonably expect bottled water to be included. A positive highlight is the beach food station, also run by Chef Ahmed. His dishes are flavourful, well‑seasoned, and prepared with care. His friendly and professional manner made a genuine difference to our experience. At the pool bar, Zorto was exceptionally welcoming and professional, always greeting guests with a smile. His warm service stood out. --- 🐎 Activities and Nearby Facilities Adjacent to Coral Beach are horse‑riding and camel stables. Monty, the owner, and his team operate with professionalism and care. They match horses to riders based on experience and confidence, ensuring that children are placed on calm, steady horses. This thoughtful approach made the activity feel safe and enjoyable. --- 🛍️ On‑Site Shops and Pricing Guests should exercise caution when shopping on‑site. Prices are significantly inflated, and one shop owner — selling sunglasses and watches — was particularly rude and dismissive. For example, two packets of biscuits were priced at £8. For basic snacks or essentials, it is far more economical to shop outside the hotel. --- 🧼 Cleanliness and Beach Management While the lifeguards were polite, they appeared disengaged from their responsibilities. We personally removed plastic bags from the sea and surrounding areas, and assistance was only offered once staff saw us doing so. Given the beauty of the marine environment, more proactive care would be appropriate. --- ⭐ Overall Impression The resort excels in its natural setting, beach layout, and the warmth of many of its staff. Chef Ahmed and Zorto, in particular, deserve recognition for their professionalism and hospitality. However, several areas require improvement: • Rooms need modernisation and higher cleaning standards • Food quality and variety should be enhanced • The all‑inclusive offering should be clearer and more consistent • On‑site shop pricing and customer service need addressing • Entertainment

Here is a polished and clear version of your hotel review while keeping your original meaning and feelings: --- Hotel Review On the first day of arrival, I was given a room very far from the restaurant and entertainment areas. I had to ask for a lift with the golf cart to get to my room. On the second day, my room was changed, which I really appreciated — the new one was only a few minutes from the restaurant. The food was very basic, the same every day, and not tasty. It was quite disappointing. The staff at the Vitamin Bar were unbearably rude, constantly bothering me until I eventually had to tell them to leave me alone. Another incident that upset me was with a staff member at the pool, who kept asking me to go out and leave my 12-year-old alone in the room asleep. He even suggested I rent an apartment in Hurghada — a completely unacceptable comment from hotel staff. The best part of my stay was the animation team. They made me feel extremely welcome and made the whole stay enjoyable. They are super friendly and truly keep this hotel alive. Thank you a million — every single one of them is amazing and deserves a medal. I would come back just for them. The restaurant staff were also very nice and helpful. Their service
