“Great family holiday!”

We stayed for 7 nights all inclusive in a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself is in need of updating but it was clean and spacious for what we needed. We stayed for 7 nights all inclusive in a 1 bedroom apartment. The apartment itself is in need of updating but it was clean and spacious for what we needed. We were also provided with a cot for our baby. We arrived late at night and there were sandwiches and water in the fridge which was great. The pool area was great for the kids along with the pool snack bar. There were always plenty of sunbeds but we were out of the school holidays at the time, this could possibly change during peak times. The food breakfast, lunch and dinner was perfect for what we needed and we always found something nice to eat. Our baby did require some medical attention whilst we were there and the lady at reception was more than happy to help and transport was arranged to take us to the local medical clinic. Overall, we would return to this hotel in the future.

First impressions weren't great! But this place quickly grew on us. We arrived at 9.50 pm at night, no food available. All inclusive so expected something to be available. They put a dry ham n cheese sandwich and a bottle of water in fridge in our rooms, was really disappointed as when we went to Crete last yr and arrived late, their was a buffet to choose from. Apartment was a bit rough, a bit shabby. Not very modern. Had to hunt for safe, moved table to get to it in wardrobe. Old fashioned key style safe. No soap in bathroom just shampoo. We got some next day. They were a bit stingy with towels but we got some from pool and just kept them. We didn't realise all facilities were in hotel next door,a few minutes walk. This was ok tho. Huge cool lounge,loads of very comfortable couches and chairs. Pool area really good but really annoying how people are still hogging sunbeds with towels on them at the crack of dawn. So selfish! No chance of a sunbed till late afternoon. First time I've ever experienced that in a hotel. I really enjoyed the food,loads of salads, big variety of meat if u want it. Themed nights,greek, Turkish etc. Was impressed with staff in restaurant,loads of staff and very smart uniform. Just watch your plate,and drinks,they whisk them away a bit too quickly!! Great location,bus stop 5 minutes away. Lovely promanade a few minutes away, classy bars ,hotels dotted along. Beach there too. We got bus to Aya Napa and Protaras. Very easily done. Although I heard taxi very good if there's a few of you. Reception staff fabulous,do helpful. Anastasia I think was her name,was brilliant. Most helpful staff think I've ever experienced. Went to Turkey last yr, complete opposite. Met " Angela" who folk have mentioned,in the snack bar! We found the staff there very good, young girl there with pink flower in her hair was full of beans. ! This place grew on us very quickly although our apartment was a bit old fashioned . Loads of kids ,great for families. My teenager,14 ,loved the water polo every afternoon. Entertainment not VG but it never is in my experience!
